Enrollment Certification Request Form (ECR).

Submit an ECR for each semester you plan to use your education benefits at TCC.

All students using education benefits must submit previous training (including military training and previous colleges attended) for review and posting of applicable credit towards your degree plan.
This should be done in your first semester at TCC.
Academic Advisors can review an unofficial transcript to ensure you are not taking courses here that you have already completed and will (or may) transfer in.
All veterans will receive two credits of health and physical education credits from their military service/basic training. We cannot certify two credits of health/PE for veteran students. Please ask us if you have specific questions about this before enrolling in those courses.

Attach applicable documents to this form when asked based on your benefit i.e. Certificate of Eligibility (COE) OR DD-214 OR DOD Transfer of Benefits letter OR Statement of Service (if active duty). Generally, only ONE document is needed for proof of benefit.

Monthly self-verification of enrollment is required by the Department of Veterans Affairs for all benefits (except CH31 and VMSDEP).

CH35, CH30, CH1606 verify your attendance at the end of each month by calling the Department of Veterans Affairs at 1-877-823-2378 to self verify OR use their automated verification process on the W.A.V.E site.
