Great Expectations Interest Form

Great Expectations is a program at Tidewater Community College dedicated to supporting current and former foster youth. Eligible participants must be between the ages of 17 and 24, have interest in attending Tidewater Community College, have been affiliated with the Virginia foster care system, and were adopted from Virginia foster care system after their thirteenth birthday.

Great Expectations serves students ages 17-24.
