“This Week at TCC” Newsletter Submission

To keep our faculty and staff within the college engaged, informed, and connected, This Week at TCC will share your stories and events every other week on Wednesday. To submit your story or event, complete this form by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. for release the following week.

Related pictures are highly encouraged to be submitted along with your story.

This newsletter serves an internal audience but still follows public/FOIA guidance.

Please select an appropriate category for your story or event. Subject matter may include but is not limited to:

AROUND CAMPUS: Happenings around campus, building renovations/modifications, parking, OIS maintenance, and departmental changes
LEADERSHIP UPDATES: Strategic Plan/Policy updates, giving campaigns and major gifts
VCCS IMPACT: VCCS information that creates direct change on campus
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES: One-Stop, Community Feed, and gym access
ACADEMICS: Addition of newly approved Credit or Workforce programs and pathways updates
FACULTY: Faculty senate voting issues, new resources, professional presentations and conferences
HR & OPPORTUNITIES: Pay increases, retirement/promotion announcements, committee membership requests, and positions to be filled/internships
MEDIA HEADLINES: External news/social media that cites TCC
ACCOLADES: Staff/department recognition, achievements, awards and inspirational stories
UPCOMING EVENTS: Events, meetings, and performances
